Since each project is unique, and as such, our main tool is to listen to the voice of our clients, which will allow us to communicate and be wiser when de  provide a more accurate diagnosis and Appropriate focus proposal.

Begginings

I am Elizabeth, founder and director of Piastrella Consultoría & Coaching, a company created from the genesis of different challenges that were presented throughout, not only my professional career, but also my personal life, traversing them with the stick of balance and combining the alchemy of different learnings traveled along the way.

Those three pillars were the basis for building my motivation in the search for my own identity. Identity that can be found once we commit ourselves to the challenge of going through our own transformation.

A transformation that happens when we get to know ourselves, since as Hermann Hesse says:

''It is always good to be aware that within us there is someone who knows everything'' . 

The same happens with organizations, each one has its identity, its values, its own DNA and from my knowledge and my experience I propose to be your ally when it comes to finding your own transformation.
